How does payment work?

Melo does not handle payments. All transactions are arranged directly between you and the seller via their preferred payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.). We're purely a discovery platform.

How do I know a seller is genuine?

Every seller on Melo is manually reviewed by our team before being listed. We check their social media activity, product images, follower authenticity and response rate. Only verified sellers receive the 'Verified by Melo' badge.

Can I return a product bought through Melo?

Returns and refunds are handled directly between you and the seller. Since Melo is a discovery platform and not a marketplace, we recommend discussing return policies with the seller before purchasing.

How long does seller verification take?

We aim to review all applications promptly. If approved, your listing goes live immediately. If we need more information, we'll reach out to you via the email you provided.
